When space allows, I typically print a schedule each week in my column of all the sales and other shop-centric events happening. Alas, this week I had no such space, at a time when the community of independent boutiques and designers just happens to be *exploding* with activity at the moment, so here's the full rundown on this weekend's agenda in pure internet form:

—NOW!: Frances May celebrates the Year 4 mark with 25% off all day!

—NOW!: Blackbird's End of Spring sale runs all through the weekend.

—5 pm: Flora hosts a jewelry-centric spring trunk show featuring three local artisans, cosmetics, chocolate, champagne, and tea.

—5 pm: Anne Bocci boutique celebrates its anniversary with featured artists and treats. Details here.

—6 pm: Nationale launches their monthly art exhibit by William Damiano.

—7 pm: Shop Adorn makes its triumphant return to world of brick 'n' mortar, literally rising from the ashes of a turn-of-the-year fire that devastated the former location: trunk show, swag bags, gifts with purchase. Holla.

—11 am: Time to get first dibs at Popina's giant inventory reduction sale, which also carries over to Sunday at their Pearl District location.

—1 pm: Drop in to Isaac Hers for a glass of wine and an art reception for Ted Chilless.

—6 pm: The centerpiece of Lille's festivities, throwing down at Holocene with raffles, lingerie modeling, and DJ Hanukkah Miracle (free!).

—7 pm: The reveal of N Mississippi's man-friendly new addition Worn Path, offering delights that range from man-jewelry to pocket knives. More here.

—6 pm: The big show of the weekend is the non-profit-benefiting Modified Style, where I'll also be residing as one of its design judges. This thing always has great energy and is a total blast.

—6 pm: Nationale is at it again with a live performance from Jackie-O Motherfucker's Tom Greenwood.
