I think Kaththus needs more education, everything Jim mentioned is correct on it's surface, the Muslims were the desired target the entire time, it was just that the Croats declared independence earlier. The Turks overran the Balkans and the Bosnian's accepted Islam centuries before, much like the Albanian's to the south., and the Serbs and Croats weren't going to let them forget that.
