This isn't the only time those two took on th' Dan. Donnie sang 'Deacon Blues' once, and - I am not making this up- changed the line about "drink scotch whiskey all night long" to "drinkin' milk all night long..."

This is about right for steely dan. I have always felt that their songs were more showtunes than rock n' roll.
