Aris - What a fitting tribute - thank you. I too have met Lemmy here in PDX 3-4 times, I have dined out on the time "...I drove him around PDX in my old volvo station wagon from Union Jacks to Sassy's and said "put your seatbelt on Lemmy would you?"(Yeah- I know... I really said that!) to he and I chatting alone at the bar of the Magic gardens for hours pre show and then beating him at pool "One to tell your friends about" he said as I sank the black ball nervously....and I remember with glee watching him "rock out" strumming his pool cue to Eddie Cochrane on the Jukebox at Sassy's. I've been a fan for 38 yrs, attended 16 shows and have a shrine dedicated to Motorhead in my home - Am flying to LA tomorrow to attend his Memorial. It would be an honor to write an article about that for the mercury perhaps?
