Okay. Look. If you're a treatment facility or organization, you have the right to keep your patient/ member information secret. If you're the police, you don't. There should be total transparency, aside from obvious things such as the identity of undercover officers or sensitive information that could compromise an investigation in progress. Period.

I'm sorry, but the Police have no problem publishing arrestee information on the web, including photographs, but now they claim that publishing info on those already arrested for drug crimes (and published on the web) would only serve to "harm" them?

Can somebody tell me how this works---assuming it's not pure bull*&#% ?
