Why should there be a bunch of public meetings over moving in a food cart? That's what City Hall wanted on its property, so they did it. We don't need a f**king planning charrette.

Honestly, do these people have ANYTHING at all to do? I get the feeling that the people who get listened to in Portland are the eccentric unemployed people who have nothing to do all day but mill around City Hall whining about stuff.
