How does this information fit into what we have learned about the tax-breaks given solar power, and the abuse of said generated power?
How do these arguments play into what BPA has to do with the power grid to accommodate additions?
And will this end up costing us more for power?

Also, perhaps I'm missing something here, but to have a self-professed developer of solar-power giving the only testimony seems a little un-fair.
While I support solar power, I'd like to have more info provided to me than just his argument.
