I appreciate somebody trying to figure out what's going on, even if the state won't and other lobbyists are--for some ill-defined reason--angry about that.
Prohibition has ended? Wow, I thought there was a limit on how much my granddaddy is allowed to grow, with restrictions on who can sell it, and a tax that's paid in addition to income tax. My oh my this is news indeed. I guess that's why they made you the editor, because you don't need anybody to be checking your work? On your word, I'm going right out and planting a thousand plants in the Washington Park Rose Gardens. No prohibition. What ever happened to Dred, anyway?
No doubt, a person should just be able grow whatever they want with no restrictions whatsoever, I mean, shouldn't I be able to grow whatever I want? Why do we need government telling us what to put in our bodies. We have thousands of years of trial and error for that. Prohibition was just a scam for a few well placed persons of power to make a shit ton of cash, and if history proves itself correct, this new system will be the same.
In Eugene, lines were as long as an hour. The Department of Revenue won't say the number is wrong. Sounds like it is possible.
Keep it up Houlihan.
