where will the money come from? and honestly, if it can be done "in a few weeks" why has no one done it before?

I,for one, welcome this overdue initiative and welcome the prospective shelter to our neighborhood.

I say if you're going to house all those poor in an Army Barack, then you should train them all to shoot and give them the guns which they can't afford to buy. Then when O'bama sends ISSIS refugees to Portland, we'll have a reserve force ready to accomodate them.
