Does anyone really think that we aren't going to have enough dispensaries? I don't see how with the current numbers any of them can be turning a profit unless they are doing something illegal like selling out of state on the side. Adding even more competition will just make it even more difficult for law abiding businesses to stay afloat.

Short-term solutions aside, as with anything forbidden by the Puritans, (in this case 'pleasure' or 'relief from pain'), society and government must tip-toe and genuflect to the fearful in order to make tiny changes. Remember, Portland still BANS fluoride in its water (just like Israel). So sensible Portlanders use fluoride rinse and (soon) give their OMMP cards to growers...
