What Caterpillar is being targeted in part is for its role in destroying the homes, fields, schools, and infrastructure of Palestinian villages, farms, and towns which are not settlements. Settlements refer to the illegal colonies Israel is establishing on Palestinian lands and which have the support and funding of the Israeli government. The militarized Caterpillar bulldozers are used by Israel to destroy Palestinian infrastructure, not the infrastructure of Israel’s illegal settlements which are built on Palestinian lands.
