People who have never seen a property tax bill are always quick to raise taxes.

The public school system is a failed system. The original purpose of public schools when it was first introduced in the 1920s was to teach the average American citizen the basic writing, reading and arithmetic skills. After years of adding on ill implemented unproven programs for more funding has degraded the quality of American education. With said in mind, said proposed changes will not effect a positive change.
