I know teachers and substitute teachers who oppose giving PPS more money. Not because they hate children or oppose taxes, but because the entrenched bureaucracy is so irresponsible and unaccountable. Throwing more money at the problem doesn't help if the money doesn't actually reach the issues that need addressing.
