Its rather suspicious that the ONLY guy they have found after 1,000 semen samples is a Latino felon. Without transparency on the DNA, it doesn't matter if the rape kits are tested or not. The DNA samples of the suspects that the rape kits are being tested for should be made public and uploaded to a site like GEDmatch. Gedmatch is the site that helped narrow down the DNA of the golden state killer. Why cant the DNA samples from the tape kits be made available to the public? Isn't that the whole point of testing the rape kits? Otherwise the lab and police are more than just protecting who they want to protect, white men, men with money, or with so called credibility or status. Out of 1,000 DNA samples, they have only caught one guy who just happens to be non-white. Those are some bizarre odds.
