Yes, Stuart (sigh) Emmons, who actually had some practical ideas about Portland's homeless, will lose once again. Last time, it was to Chloe Eudaly, who I voted for, and now realize what a vast error that was. This time I voted for Emmons, who will lose largely because we've all decided it's really important to have a black woman in there, regardless of her beliefs.

For the record, I specifically voted against Alex Hamalian because you don't get my vote with a paid advert in a paper that's endorsing you. Also, if the waterheads at the Merc like you, you probably suck.
