Ridiculous characterization of the events in this article. He wasn't just shot "after the gun fell out" of his pocket. He was shot after he then picked the gun up, stood over a person who was knocked out on the ground, and refused several orders from police to drop the gun. Second, the police had no idea whether he was an aggressor or was trying to break up the fight. This has all been released on body cam videos, and it is why a grand jury failed to indict him. It baffles the mind how people, with video evidence and call, cannot understand that this was a justified use of force when the facts are taken into account.
