This project won't do shit to 'cut down on traffic congestion' and ODOT knows it; they need to do this project solely to justify their own sorry existence and backwards policies. Want to reduce congestion? Implement a congestion pricing / tolling scheme. Want to improve safety? Close all of the in-town freeway entrance and exit ramps, every single one of them is a huge safety hazard.

How the hell did you write an article about Harriet Tubman and air pollution and not know or include that the city funded a huge air filtration system for it? Freeway air pollution at that school has been addressed. The freeway isn’t going anywhere. The report said there will be less pollution for the said filters to deal with not more..... so what’s the problem here?
