First of all 'Weed Isn't Legal'. It's de-criminalized. A good thing to be sure but let's not forget where we are & where we need to be. There are still penalties involved. When MJ has the same controls as tomatoes, we can call it 'legalized'.

The current 'legalization' in Oregon came on the backs of patients. Many former 'legalization activists' have transitioned into lobbyists & 'consultants'. Patients got lost in the stampede for the MJ $$. Greed, ain't it great??
