Good article. If 81 percent of names on a gang member list being minority is unacceptable, what percentage IS acceptable? Everyone can agree minorities are more likely to be economically disadvantaged. Safe to say gang members are more likely to be economically disadvantaged. So gangs should be expected to be disproportionately minorities, especially in minority dominated neighborhoods. Its unfortunate there are people like Raiford trying to undermine real progress with their illogical anti-police victim mentality.
