Governor Brown appointed these commissioners (who just voted unanimously to ram this munted shitshow through without an environmental review). So doesn't she have the power to remove them? Or veto their decision? Or will she just shrug, like she originally did last year during the debacle around her appointing her own counsel to the court of appeals...until enough people spoke up.
