Yes cops are ignoring crimes against protesters. They have been told repeatedly the identity of the bomber and ignored it. They also let the person who drove his truck into a crowd of people go without punishment. And these are the two incidents we know of - when it is more than likely the cops are committing crimes against the protesters, still, themselves.
