We're now approaching a decade of this housing emergency.

When someone tells me they've spent that time rotating through the alphabet soup of agencies and boards that manage our system of rat-hole shelters, homeless sweeps and the ongoing displacement of low-income people from the City, it doesn't make me want to vote for them.
