Oregon already ranks in the top 15 of states in funding per student for schools, but we're in the bottom 15 for graduation rates, going on to college, and test results.

Teachers here make a pretty decent living for 8 months worth of work - way better than my teacher friends back in the midwest did - and those schools HAVE great results with their students...
