Hopefully, Steenson will be able to take this one all the way to trial. One can only hope. The pigs who MURDERED Aaron Campbell have already gotten away with it. Frashour may get a little pissant slap on the wrist; other officers most likely won't be punished at all. Noone will lose their job over this, for sure. Perhapes a very expesnsive civil trial will finally force the city to lean [heavy] on the Portland Police Gestapo with some REAL & lasting reform.
