The Secret Reason Portland’s Rank-and-file Police Union Doesn't Like Our New 911 System: Discipline

Turner wrote to the city, "The PPA is left to guess how the city intends to use [the system] for disciplinary purposes."

Does Turner or the rest of the PPA see the irony here? I guess it stings a bit when the tactics used against innocent civilans are then turned upon your own.

I think the GPS and safety issues carry equal weight in this mess. Also, I think that this played a significant role in Leonard's decision to not seek another term. Quite possibly one of the untold stories that apparently gets a pass from local media.

The Portland police cover up 911 calls in Portland when they feel like it and they do it more often than you can imagine and they just label the 911 caller mentally ill to discredit the caller so no one else will believe them!

The Portland police have a long history of labeling people they have it out for as mentally ill, there is no one to report it to that cares when the police do cover up 911 calls!

My wife is a confessed poisoner and she confessed to me in March 2006 she poisoned herself.
I called 911 for an ambulance, the police responded first on the scene and they treated me like a criminal and did not want to listen to anything I had to say!
My wife was treated at the Portland adventice hospital and released, and the hospital did not bother with a toxicology test!

My wife at the time was hiding an affair with a police officer at the time which explains why I was being treated like a criminal when I was the 911 caller!
That also explains why the hospital did not do a toxicology test!

I found a love letter written by that cop and he called my wife by the nick name Mrs Dash, what a coincidence that my 911 call was covered up after that!

Please wait...
