Denis,
It's not just in Denver that this is happening, and I am not sure why the Portland Police lied to you about not sending in undercover agents to Occupy Portland meetings. Here is a video link showing two undercover Portland Police attending an Occupy Portland GA meeting, long before we "failed to get a permit" for our first camp. Even by the Police standards, we had not broken any laws at that time. www.youtube.com/watch?v=YABcsidKI10
Man, talk about a non story, between an ineffective movement and an ineffective police force, you crafted a story of dry boring crap that seems more focused on the ralley cry of ousting someone I couldn't dream to care about even if it was a love child of Hitler and Jesus. Seriously the cops can relax the ocupiers will destroy themselves from within and not from spy's or such nefarious plot devices. Nay they poor bastards will long destroy themselves being so confused between whatever hipster bullshit is trendy at the moment. Or some problem in a far off land, that while yes is an atrocity, but last I checked we were in bad enough shape we could honestly say fuck them for a minute, let's focus on us. And for the record aren't cops in the 99% by ocupiers definitions, I mean last I checked cops got a decent pay no lie, but a far cry than that of the one percent, but fuck them thier cops. And for the record I must side with Ice Cube and Dope here "Fuck The Police"... But I can say that I'm not an organization preaching solidarity for the 99% but equally willing to throw them under the bus at a difference of opinion.
This story is dead the movement is akin to another movement I make every morning, and while I applaud your attempt to spice it up, I've seen freshmen in a high school journalism class high on crack with more talent.
So frustrating this has become a "us versus the cops" issue where the only issue being debated locally is if people can camp in parks. Sad. Occupy needs to focus on the big issue or the 1 percent who is out protesting is going to lose the support of the additional 98 percent they are supposed to be fighting for (if they have not already)
