Eric Carlson and John Ray and other law officer's recruited my wife Joan Wagar and her sister Vickie Rosales into a multiple murder conspiracy, they were poisoning off some of their relatives and they were poisoning me off as well.

Eric Carlson's bro's in law enforcement made sure I could not get help from a hospital and I have reason to believe they did the same to other relatives.

They poisoned off Virgil Minor in 2005, they poisoned off Don Minor in 2006, and they poisoned off Donna Minor in 2008.

My wife Joan Wagar started poisoning me in 2005 and I was repeatedly denied medical treatment at the OHSU hospital and the OHSU refused to take a toxicology test.

Eric Carlson's buddy's in law enforcement were trying to hide their chats with my doctor from me they did not want me knowing they were talking to my doctor, I overheard them labeling me as a bad guy repeatedly until my doctor got the hint to shut up about me being poisoned.

I was a plasma donor at the time and Eric Carlson and his bro's knew I was a plasma donor.

My wife's daughters and sisters were trying to hide her affair with Eric Carlson from me, hiding their motive, and my wife knew I could not get help from police she even admitted in her diary I could not get help from the police and that I was saving money up for a toxicology test because the OHSU refused to take one.

In March of 2007 I was so badly poisoned I could hardly walk or talk and no one cared, I was sleeping in the living room on the couch and woke up at 5:55 am on March 26th hearing my wife from her bedroom whispering to some dude and the dude whispered back, thinking I was catching them in their affair and knowing my wife was going to leave for work soon I put an audio recorder in her purse to find out what was going on and I laid back down on the couch listening and pretending to be asleep and waited for my wife to leave for work.

What I caught on that audio recorder is way more than just my wife's affair with a police officer, I caught my wife Joan Wagar and Eric Carlson and his bro John Ray and several other officer's raping my daughter Kayle Wagar in her bedroom and they photographed it, making child porn.

John Ray helped Joan Wagar to put copy's of the child porn on our family computer and then John Ray climbed out of Joan Wagar's bedroom window, and then Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar walked past me while I was pretending to be asleep and they went into the kitchen and Joan Wagar opened the patio shade and then Eric Carlson poisoned my coffee pot and Joan Wagar pointed out to him which cup was mine and he poisoned that cup, Joan Wagar also planted poison in the kitchen.

When they was done Joan Wagar closed the patio shade and she grabbed her purse and the both of them walked out the front door, once outside they started talking to John Ray who was still outside and they were talking with several women that were outside the entire time during all of this and they started talking a little about what they just did, which is how I know what happened because my audio recorder was in Joan Wagar's purse.

They all got into their vehicles and they headed to Clackamas Walmart where Joan Wagar and her sister Vickie Rosales works, Eric Carlson road with Joan Wagar in her car and they discussed some more about what they just did.

Once they got to Walmart parking lot they were met by Joan Wagar's sister Vickie Rosales, Vickie waited for them to arive and was not at all surprised to see Joan Wagar my wife arrive their with Eric Carlson in her car.

Joan Wagar and Eric Carlson and Vickie Rosales went into the Clackamas Walmart lobby and met up with John Ray and the other female officer's that were at our apartment before and they all started talking about what they just did again, mostly for Vickie Rosales's benefit because she already knew what they were going to do and she wanted to know how it went.

They laughed and cracked jokes about it and they laughed about how pissed off I am going to be, as other Walmart employees arrived and walked into the Walmart lobby John Ray and his female bro's in law enforcement were bragging to them that I am a pedophile and that they just caught me in the act and that they got pictures of my dick.

They were giving me the blame for what they just got done doing and they used Eric Carlson as a photo double for their photo's, right before they gave me the blame to Walmart employees Joan Wagar asked Eric Carlson if he was naked for it.

I discovered through that audio recorder my wife and her sister and their f@@k buddy's in law enforcement are serial killers and their pedophiles and they take great joy in framing other people for their crimes.

I was seriously poisoned before this and had no where to turn to for help, and I was majorly poisoned right after this when they discovered I caught them admitting their framing me for their crimes.

On that audio recorder they were giving me blame for their crimes and they recruited everyone working that day in the softlines department to help them by pressing false charges on me so the cops and use it on the news, Eric Carlson and his bro's in law enforcement were bragging that this gets people killed off and they even have a name for this type of murder, they call it pedofying, meaning they do whatever they have to do to give their target the reputation as a pedophile so no one will care if that person is murdered, and their not above committing the crimes themselves in order to frame someone.

So in a nut shell I caught them raping an under age female, they photographed it making child porn, they framed me for the crime by putting copy's of their child porn on our computer, they poisoned my coffee pot and coffee cup, they planted poison in my kitchen, and then they all drove to Walmart and they bragged and laughed about what they just did and then publicly gave me blame using flyers and word of mouth, pedofying me publicly so no one will care if I am murdered, and they were trying to hide it all from me, I was stuck at home too ill to even leave home, and no one even offers to tall me about what they were up too.

One more thing, when Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar were alone together at Walmart Eric Carlson admitted to Joan Wagar he is also framing me over a missing runaway and he named the runaway.

I am not their only victim three family members died during their use of poison and I was a plasma donor when they were poisoning me, and everyone at Clackamas Walmart is trying to hide Joan Wagar's motive for murder, an affair with a cop.

After Eric Carlson admitted to Joan Wagar he was framing me over a missing runaway both Joan Wagar and Eric Carlson discussed their pre-wedding party and who they were going to invite.

My 911 calls were covered up by the Portland police and the OHSU hospital refused to examine me let alone give me any medical treatment, I was in severe pain and could hardly walk or talk and all the hospital did was an x ray and then they just pretended they could not find anything wrong.

Yes the hospitals in Portland Oregon obey cops and when a cop tells a doctor not to help someone they simply don't help someone, and there is no way to get them to answer to such charges, the moment you confront them they call security and they treat you like a criminal, no one in the system holds other people in the system accountable for cover ups, and they don't care if people make such a discovery, at all.

Joan Wagar and Eric Carlson and his bro's have been bragging to me on audio death threats they put in my home ever since and they break into my home to do this, and as usual the police don't care they cover up my 911 calls and they do not make a report about anything that I report to them, instead I just get more death threats, either from emails or from them putting audio death threats in my home, or they may yell a death threat out loud near my home loud enough for me to hear it while I am inside my home.

Cops never really do anything alone, their a gang and they operate as a gang, piss one cop off and their all pissed off, if one cop wants someone dead they all want they person dead, in this case my wife's lover gave my wife permission to poison me off and my wife's lover and his bro's were having fun framing me for their crimes, and no one with a badge in this entire state cares because cops do this kind of stuff to people all the time, it's just no one pays attention to it.

Everyone knows cops tell schools to send out flyers to parents warning them that their may be a pedophile in the area and they usually give a description and location of an event, it never dawns on people that sometimes cops frame innocent people this way and they use it to get people killed off, they even have a name for it, they call it pedofying.

Eric Carlson's boss that he answers to gave me a audio death threat, she is saying on it they covered it up at the hospital, that I cannot get help from 911, and she says on it "Good luck your pedofied!" so they are bragging to me they do this to innocent people and their admitting it will get me killed off, so they are admitting it's premeditated murder to pedofy me in this manner.

I am trying to warn people because I don't care if they give me death threats they already poisoned me I am not going to survive this, but I am not the only victim of theirs so I need to try and warn people as best I can, they don't fear charges because no prosecutor will ever prosecute a cop on felony charges such as this, their corrupt, everyone knows this, cops don't go to jail in Oregon for such high crimes, especially when their is more than one cop that commits the crime, then it's just cover up city and complete stonewalling the victims complaints, and the media stays silent on the subject.

Back in the 20's and 30's there used to be public lynchings which were not really hidden from people, nowadays authority's and their bro's use a different tactic when it comes to public killings, they pedofy their target so no one will care that their a victim and then they can do whatever they want to their target and nobody complains about, thinking "Oh who cares they just killed off a pedophile, he deserved it!" and it's that very attitude that allows cops to frame innocent people as pedophiles and then kill their target off, cops rely on that mentality when they frame someone as a pedophile.

Law officer's in Oregon don't care about people or the law, they have so many people willing to lie for them they just don't care if their caught committing a crime, any crimes.
