The Defense Rests

Multnomah County's Prized Drug Court Is Flagging; No One Knows Why

1
What if a Medical Marijuana user got busted for accidentally growing too big of the allowed number of plants? Would they have to pass drug tests?
2
Accidentally? Can't count to six?

My short, stocky, Sativa/Indica hybrid plants usually tend to grow to about four feet tall and yield about two and a half pounds, each. With six plants, invariably I get about fifteen pounds of totally, kick ass weed. Is that exactly, legal?

With a nine week growing cycle, one could manage to harvest six such crops per year, amounting to about ninety pounds annually. In Hawaii, a haole medical patient has to pay up to $600.00 per ounce for this shit.

SUGARLOAF

Bank: CannaBioGen
Type: Indica/Sativa 50% Pakistan x Colombia/India
Flowering Int: 70-75 days - Ext: October
Yield: Average/High

F1 Hybrid of extraordinary vigor, large tricomes and dense, resinous buds. The mother, a beautiful indica whose seeds were brought back from Pakistan was crossed wih our favorite Capricho male Manali x Colombian. This indica / sativa combination with its high proportion of calix to leaves ratio and a potent psichoactive high is also a large producer whose branches need to be tied to avoid breakage. A wonderful, delightful treat that can be grown indoors and outdoors.

What the article indicates is that medical marijuana is in demand, and that these large scale medical marijuana producers conducted business unobtrusively for years without hurting anybody.

This is a perfect example of why so many local municipalities in California, augment the States decriminalization statutes for Cannabis, with mandates to law enforcement to make Marijuana a "Lowest Priority" instead of wasting valuable resources. There would be no need for STOP in Multnomah County if law enforcement would simply stop enforcing vulgar code.

I sure am glad that I never applied for any State issued Privileges. Cannabis is a gift from God and it's use is a God given Right.

"And God said , Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat"

"Every herb or plant which had a seed in it, by which it sowed itself again; or being taken off, might be sown by man, even everyone that was wholesome, healthful, and nourishing,
without any exception; whatever grew in any part of the earth, be it where it would:"
-- John Gill's Exposition of the Bible
