What if a Medical Marijuana user got busted for accidentally growing too big of the allowed number of plants? Would they have to pass drug tests?

My short, stocky, Sativa/Indica hybrid plants usually tend to grow to about four feet tall and yield about two and a half pounds, each. With six plants, invariably I get about fifteen pounds of totally, kick ass weed. Is that exactly, legal?

With a nine week growing cycle, one could manage to harvest six such crops per year, amounting to about ninety pounds annually. In Hawaii, a haole medical patient has to pay up to $600.00 per ounce for this shit.

This is a perfect example of why so many local municipalities in California, augment the States decriminalization statutes for Cannabis, with mandates to law enforcement to make Marijuana a "Lowest Priority" instead of wasting valuable resources. There would be no need for STOP in Multnomah County if law enforcement would simply stop enforcing vulgar code.

I sure am glad that I never applied for any State issued Privileges. Cannabis is a gift from God and it's use is a God given Right.
