I own a small restaurant month to month my spouse has helped but doesn't own it everything was fine until the landlord is being sued for illegally wiring the strip mall my spouse knows all the details of the illegalness and landlord is sending me higher rent notices but not the other tenants he is mentioning things that need fixing that are his outside not mine example his septic tank that 2 other businesses also share he now wants me only to pay 50 percent of its maintanence
he is complaining big time but never did before he said he won't raise my neighbors rent whose space is way larger he said in front of me my spouse and his brother in law because she is special any recourse you could help me with i would appreciate i am in southern oregon email is swtpamie@yahoo.com
