Kotek did not handle this well. She was extremely dismissive of Gelser calling her too unlikable and then when it came out publicly her response was to blame the overall climate of the capitol and make everyone go to 10 hours of courses when in fact she was almost as big of a problem as Kruse all along. Let's quit acting like she got any part of this right.
