There is a company called Paragon that will begin opening co-work spaces next year in buildings THEY OWN free and clear, and rent to the cannabis industry. They'll use their new cryptocurrency PRG, which is currently in crowdsale.

I'm an investor but not part of the company--this seems like something that would solve a lot of problems for businesses like the ones in this story. The owners will likely have to take on the regulatory hassle instead of lessees.
