It’s been a while since I’ve dropped by Produce Row, and even longer since I was at a Supper Set, an every-Thursday DJ occurrence featuring Rev Shines, All Night Tong, Supreme LA Rock, and Roane playing old soul and rare grooves. When the weather’s nice, you really can’t beat the vibe, but this Thursday was a little different—it was also a going away party for Greg, who works for Nike. I don’t know Greg personally, but a lot of people do, and they are bummed he’s leaving Portland for New York. It was a stylish turnout with mostly Nike and Adidas cool kids, but it reminded me to check out another Supper Set sooner than later. I forgot how fun the Produce Row patio can be!
