Now that Multnomah County has begun Phase One in earnest, restaurants and bars have started re-opening, with limited seating and social distancing practices still being observed (and that means, as our Editor-in-Chief is so fond of reminding you: Mask Up and Wash Ya Damn Hands). But some of that limited seating is out on patios, under cover outdoors, and even in converted parking lots and sidewalks near the eatery itself!
