Interesting that Oregon DOT received $5.5M and Washington DOT received a whopping $19.4M. WTF?

Sad. Especially seeing as we got to spend the Mt. Hood Freeway on projects all over the region. Think of the progress $117 mil would have made on our backlog. We might not have lost the pedestrian improvements around SE Powell on the Milwaukie light rail project.
