Yeah that last scene was incredible. So upsetting but so well done

Yea, great last scene. Godfather-esque, watching Brando die in peaceful setting, no music, just quiet. I'm still bothered by Walt's excessive bravado. Just TOO over the top this whole season. "Say my name?" Yeesh. Might as well have had him say "Suck my dick!"

Yeah, sometimes I feel like Walt's personality switch is happening too fast and going over the top... especially after the slow metamorphosis of his character during previous seasons... but this show is so great, I've decided to allow it.

Definitely allowed, it has been duly earned. But still....he's the worst drawn character this season. I feel like there's some self-awareness creeping in at the hands of everyone involved, much like Don Draper's grin at the end of this season's MM (and other moments throughout), signs the writers/creators can't keep the "myth of.." public perception separate from how the characters are written anymore.

I did have problems with the deal he made with the new distributors. He basicly told them that the only two cooks who knew how to make the blue meth were right there. Why would they not just kill all three of them, since they also know based on their last conversation that all three of the partners of the operation are in front of them.

I have a feeling that the end of the next show will have Walt fleeing the area, setting up for his return next season that we saw in episode one. My guess is he will go somewhere where the name Heisenberg is more common.

Bummer about Mike. Strange they would do that so soon. Hopefully he just had better offers, and Beverly hills cop won't go down as his best movie. Walt's abrupt and hurried personality change has bothered me a bit too much, like an overpowering spice, hard to taste past it. I think I'm more anxious for the upcoming Dexter than the end of this season (or whatever you call the end of half a two-season season).

gonna go out on a limb and say that Todd is working for somebody - either his connections in prison or potential connections to other meth distributors. The way he "found" those cameras at the spray site was too easy a way to gain their trust. Everything he's done has been to gain trust and now look at him taking away Walt's power by cooking with him. He doesn't need pay until he is good at cooking because he's gonna take the whole operation. I think we all know that he is ruthless, but we should also imagine that he's smarter than he let's on.

Hi all. I am new to this but not new to Breaking Bad, the best show ever. I remember an early show probably in the first season or two when Walter was remembering a time when he and Skylar were in a classroom and he was working on a whiteboard breaking down the elements that make up the human body. He was able to come up with something like 98.999% of "materials" but couldn't account for the other 1% which they were thinking was the "soul". Does anyone remember this and what episode it was in?

Please wait...
