Leaving a loaded gun where children can find it doesn’t meet the definition of putting “children in harms way”?

  1. At the very least, grandpa should be charged with child endangerment. Also charged with felony stupidity, if there is such a thing. And he should never be allowed to own any guns for the rest of his life.
