Because she loves us, today singer/rapper/flautist Lizzo announced her debut full-length CUZ I LOVE YOU will be released April 19 via Nice Life/Atlantic, with a tour of the same name to start shortly after. After kicking off in San Francisco, Lizzo’s tour will play a show at Portland’s Roseland Theater on April 26. Tickets aren’t on sale just yet, but I can tell you right now they will sell out. So stay ready.

Here’s a celebratory twerking video:

The singer toured to Portland three times in 2017, and once in 2018 with pop-rock trio HAIM. Lizzo also made a big splash at the top of this year, when she released her fantastic ’80s- and TV-inspired music video for “Juice,” which has already racked up more than 2.3 million views on YouTube. In addition to her much-needed Coconut Oil EP from two years ago, the artist has been dropping gem after nourishing gem, in the form of catchy singles like “Truth Hurts,” “Fitness,” and “Boys.”

Until CUZ I LOVE YOU drops and tickets go on sale, keep calm, keep listening to “Juice,” and read this 2018 interview Lizzo gave the Mercury last year.
