Kim Boyce’s acclaimed whole-grain bakery is offering a couple of autumnal baked goods on its menu for this weekend, including caramelized apple and pumpkin hand pies encased in flaky pastry and pumpkin spice muffins. (Their secret: They actually use baked yam, not pumpkin, to achieve the pumpkin pie effect in their pastries.)
