DANG! – A Soulful Electronic Dance Night
Juneteenth is about celebrating freedom and resistance, and what better way to do that than dance? Traveling soulful electronic dance party DANG! pops up at the Holocene for a special Juneteenth edition featuring tracks from the likes of Kaytranada, Channel Tres, Toro y Moi, PinkPantheress, and more—I hope we get a little Aminé in there for some added local flair. As someone whose Juneteenth ritual often includes going through my vinyl collection and pulling out albums by incredible Black artists to listen to, I’m looking forward to appreciating the music with a community of people.
