Portland Night Market's spring edition has some new offerings in store.

True to Portland spring, there’s a bit of sunshine and a bit of rain in this weekend’s forecast. Either way, check out full bloom events from the Blossom & Bites Street Fair to the Trillium Festival at Tryon Creek and from the spring edition of the Portland Night Market to Crystal Quartez, Dim Wit, and YAWA. For more ideas, check out our top picks of the week and our April events guide.

FRIDAY

PARTIES & NIGHTLIFE

KBOO’s April Fools 4 Fools Pop-Up
April 1st may have passed, but that doesn’t mean the opportunity for foolishness is over! Community radio station KBOO will host their monthly first Friday pop-up gallery with an art party dedicated to the “eccentric, eclectic, clowns, and freaks.” Visual artists Elena Malpica-Vargas and Emily Kepulis will showcase their work while musical performances from synthy rock project Proxy and electronic rap artist Grape Juice Scott will be broadcast live for those who can’t make it. And with vendors like Drew Daffner, Queer Hippie Art, Pa’lante Offbeat, Prism Moves, and Father Fannie, this is a great opportunity to buy yourself an April Fools’ gift. That’s a thing, right?
