  1. Sounds like a good law. Whats right in Uganda may not be right elsewhere, but it’s their right to pass those laws and not have the crazies here in the USA like you (Dan) tell them that it is wrong.

  4. It blows my mind the US and other nations who seem to pretend to care about ethics don’t just completely cut off all trade and benefits for nations like Uganda.
