Dorkiest thing ever: wtfjeans (tag line: “wear them ftw”) are made special to hold your iPhone or iPod and even have a “hidden memory stick pocket.”

Even if the concept is kind of ridiculous (they probably will no longer be compatible with the latest Apple products after a year, tops), they don’t look bad, and their just-for-friends trial run has led to production of 1,000 pairs (due in September, and marketed, obviously, only online), so who am I too sniff at their “I’m a geek, you’re a geek” functional apparel? No one. But I would like to point out one unusual detail on the men’s jean, the “extra protection for boys” feature, which is explained like this: “No matter whether you wear the family jewels on the right like 90 percent of guys, or whether you’re a leftie — extra padding on both sides keeps them cozy.” (Is that true about the right hang?? And are your current jeans wanting in testicular coziness?)
MOD: Wondering about testicular coziness daily.

I never thought about which side they tend to go. Right now it is to the left. I am left handed, if that means anything, but I think it is just a coincidence. Does the hang follow the hand, or is each individual born right- or left-dicked, independent of their hands?
The extra padding/coziness just sounds hot, sweaty, and unfriendly to sperm count. And my current jeans have pockets that are perfectly capable of holding my iThings.
those jeans are ugly
Leftie here.
(back in high school)
Me: “Hey Marty, how’s it hangin’?”
Marty: “It’s not hanging so much as scrunched up in my pants.”
Me: “Thanks for that update.”
wtfjeans: Designed for the discriminating iPhone professional who gets kicked in the balls a lot.
If I wanted extra padding I’d flank my junk with Stayfree.
Hey girl, check out my memory stick…
“Extra Padding?”
Where I come from we call them “Socks.”
