Tell Portland City Council: No Cooperation with ICE
Local activists have occupied the streets outside the ICE facility in Southwest Portland since June 17 and, after calling on other activists, have sparked similar occupations across the country including movements in New York City, Los Angeles, and Tacoma. According to the Facebook event page, the Portland Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) invites people to âdemand that Portland withdraw from the Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF), of which ICE is a member...
