Jeremy Christian was taking pulls of Sangria when he walked onto a MAX Green Line train at the Rose Quarter on Friday.

According to a newly released probable cause document [PDF] used to charge the 35-year-old white supremacist with a host of felony and misdemeanor charges, he keyed in on two teenage girls right away. Both were Black, one had on traditional Muslim garb.

"Get the fuck out!" and "Pay taxes!" were among Christian's demands of the two girls, according to the newly released document. He also allegedly said: "Go home, we need American here!" and "I don't care if you are ISIS."

When a man sitting nearby tried to intervene, the document says, Christian spoke of decapitating heads.

What happened next was quick. The probable cause report, written by Deputy District Attorney Ryan Lufkin, says videos show Christian making a sudden movement toward 23-year-old Taliesin Namkai Meche, one of Friday's victims. When Meche stood up, Christian got in his face, saying "Oh, do something bitch," the report says.

Next, Micah Fletcher, 21, another victim got up. Christian shoved Fletcher, and pulled out a folding knife. Fletcher shoved back.

Christian stumbled, but regained his feet and said "hit me again," as Fletcher told him to get off the train, prosecutors say.

Christian swung, stabbing Fletcher in the neck, the document says. Immediately afterward he turned to Meche, slashing the knife at him repeatedly.

When Ricky Best, 53, the third victim of the attack, stepped up to intervene, prosecutors stay he was stabbed too. Christian allegedly pushed Best back, then stabbed both him and Meche again.

As he made his way off the stopped train onto the Hollywood station platform, Christian picked up a bag left by one of the two teens he'd been threatening, tossing it onto Interstate 84 as he left the station.

Cops soon got reports of where Christian was headed. He threw his knife at a police vehicle—it is a 3.75 inch folding knife— and was arrested after a brief standoff.

While in the backseat of the police car, prosecutors say Christian said the following things:

"I just stabbed a bunch of motherfuckers in their neck. Just a punk ass bunch of motherfuckers."

"Get stabbed in your neck if you hate free speech."

"I'm tearing out motherfucker's throats, you think I give a fuck who I spit on?"

"I can die in prison a happy man."

"I'm all good. I stabbed two motherfuckers in the neck and I'm happy now. I'm happy now. I can rest easy."

"Think I stab motherfuckers in the neck for fun? Oh yeah, you're right I do. I'm a patriot."

"I told him, you ain't gonna heal punk. And he still wants to put hands on me. Die bitch. Fucking die.... That's what liberalism gets you."

Both Best and Meche suffered multiple stab wounds, but those to the neck proved fatal, according to the document.

Fletcher, who survived, nearly perished. He told news crews today his jaw was broken by Christian's knife.
