Rejoice and behold, Portland! I bring you good tidings of great joy: MICHELLE OBAMA IS COMING TO PORTLAND!

As you know, the former first lady is currently on her book tour to promote her autobiography Becoming, and Michelle has just added a Portland stop to her itinerary. She'll be appearing at the Moda Center on Saturday, February 9 for an "intimate conversation" (at the Moda Center? Okay, fine, if anybody can accomplish that, it's her) and you can register to get pre-sale tickets here—and you absolutely should because IT IS GONNA SELL THE EFF OUT PRONTO.

Published only a month ago, Becoming has already become one of the best selling nonfiction AND political memoirs in history, racking up over 3 million sales so far. In fact, the massive popularity of the book inspired her to extend her tour to the Pacific Northwest, adding dates in Tacoma (February 8) and Vancouver, BC (March 21).

That's all very exciting, yes. But the big question for me is "who will be onstage with Michelle interviewing her?" So far she's appeared with celebs Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Phoebe Robinson—but as of now, it's anyone's guess who'll be joining her on her Portland stop.

Stay tuned for more exciting details as we get them, AND SIGN UP FOR PRE-SALE TICKETS NOW!
