OPENINGS

Iron Strike Smash Burgers
This cart opened a brick-and-mortar in Bethany Village last month. The restaurant’s signature offering is a locally sourced beef smash burger with freshly sliced onions, pickles, shredded lettuce, and house hot sauce on a toasted bun, with variations featuring bacon, cheese, and onion rings—there’s also a “Taco Cheese Strike” version with beef and cheese smashed between corn tortillas.
