Portland Fashion Institute will host its fifth annual fashion show to showcase the seven graduates from its Fashion Forward program, which include Eva Boryer, Melanie Bowman Clark, Jessy Burris, Amy Dotts, Clio Rebillon, Stephanie Mendes, and Becca Price. Past graduates of the Fashion Forward program have gone on to great success, and this show is a good way to preview the newest additions to the Portland fashion landscape. Also, proceeds from the show benefit PFI’s Fashion Design Scholarship for Teens, which prepares Portland-area high school juniors and seniors for a career in the fashion industry. (Full disclosure, I am one of the producers of this show.)
