FRIDAY JUNE 15
Second Annual Rainbow Ball: The Portland Gay Men's Chorus hosts the inaugural dance for Pride 2001. Crystal Ballroom, 1332 W Burnside, 8 pm, $10 at the door, $12 in advance.


SATURDAY JUNE 16
7:00 pm The Dyke March starts in the North Park Blocks. It winds along Broadway on the way to Waterfront Park. Nudity will ensue!


SUNDAY JUNE 17
12:30 pm Gay Pride Parade begins at Lincoln High School at 1600 SW Salmon. Don't miss the slightly disturbing Mercury float.


PORTLAND GAY PRIDE FESTIVAL 2001

The festival takes place at Waterfront Park between the Burnside and Morrison bridges, and will feature all manner of gay food, gay entertainment, and gay information! Here's our top picks for those who don't want to stray too far from the bars.
