The first lookbook since Mag-Big Houseline’s transformation into Altar Houseline is live! The sheer layering pieces, forays into printed pants, and Stevie-ish caftans you may have seen swishing down the runway at Fade to Light are now holding still for you under good lighting. Part of the Altar re-brand is to tap into a darker, Northwest-infused mystical/metal/bohemian vibe, which carries over to the new shop’s identity (pretty sure they are carrying Tarot cards now). Some of the shots that best convey that vibe to me didn’t make the final cut to what’s on the website, so here are some of my favorite of the—ahem—”witchier” outtakes:
